O2O Marketing Campaign

It is an example of Online-to-Offline(O2O) marketing campaign for promoting SGS certification and training services. SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Specific industrial companies and multinational enterprises need to achieve international standards of management system such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001,HACCP, GMP, etc. SGS provides certification and training service to those companies. 

Seminar is a key marketing event to approach target companies. However, there is a plenty of printing materials derived like seminar handout, sales kit, questionnaire. In order to save printing costs and follow SGS's green office policy, we modify the user flow by adding more paper-free and digital elements. First, target participants need to access the landing page and submit online registration. Online registration are more cost-effective and more efficient than registration by email, fax and post. Second, attendees do not receive hardcopy of seminar handout. They are required to finish an online post-seminar questionnaire, and then receive handout in PDF format by email. Of course, they can access the questionnaire by scanning QR code at poster or speaker's powerpoint presentation during seminar, or through a tracking link in post-seminar thank you email. Increase in response rate of the questionnaire is also an advantage of such arrangement. 

In content marketing, latest information about international standard and industry trend are attractive to target companies. Hence, we integrate market insights from survey and product information into article and infographic. Such marketing content is shared through eDM and Facebook.
